Fantastic location and welcoming staff

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from St Stephen's Cathedral and various shopping areas. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, including freshly baked pastries and organic juices. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, the air conditioning could use improvement, as it didn't cool the room adequately during my stay.

Highly recommend for families

The staff is truly exceptional, especially this lady at the reception who helped me out when our flight got canceled. After being stuck at the airport, she booked our room and even welcomed us with some biscuits on the bed, made us feel like we were back home after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was more than acceptable.

My parents had a fantastic one-night stay where they were thrilled to find their spacious superior double room ready upon arrival. They enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area and appreciated the complimentary extended checkout. The only downside was that the pillows were too soft for their liking, but that didn’t stop them from having a wonderful time! 🌟

In my kids’ opinion, breakfast could use variety. Offering simple kids' menus would make it easier for families.
